Lifgri Memorials provides memorial website design, setup, editing, hosting coordination, and related digital tribute services.

2. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, and any required permissions for photos, names, dates, music, or videos submitted.

3. Content Standards

We reserve the right to reject content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for memorial publication.

4. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and renewal obligations are defined in your selected package or invoice. Work may begin only after the required deposit or full payment is received.

5. Revisions

Packages may include a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra fees.

6. Hosting and Availability

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain page availability, but uptime may depend on third-party providers, hosting platforms, domain registrars, and internet conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

Client-submitted content remains the client’s responsibility. Lifgri retains rights in its designs, layouts, and business materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifgri Memorials is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
